The first thing I simply must say is that, apparently, it is not customary for people attending scientific conferences to bring their spouses with them. If you should also happen to find yourself in Surrey as one such extraneous partner, I can recommend giving this cafe a try as you wander beyond the conference walls in search of means to pass the time. I found the cooked breakfast to be satisfying and worth the price. Also, free WiFi for customers means you can continue texting your significant other to let her know your plans, if any, for the day. Once filled up on breakfast try a hike in the surrounding countryside. There are some very pleasant views.

Still there when I went there today. Did not have time to look around or to sample , as there has been many changes around here since I last surveyed around the area.
